Unfortunately, at this time, ADR Services, Inc., does not validate parking at any of our offices.

Generally, rates for neutrals run between $350 and $1,000 per hour, depending on the neutral selected. For specific rates, you are welcome to view current rates online or contact our office directly. In addition to the neutral’s hourly rate, there is also an administrative fee. For more information view our Rates and Fee Schedules page.

Briefs should be sent in accordance with the neutral’s preference, listed on the Hearing Notice.

Notice of Cancellation/Rescheduling must be submitted to our office in writing.

For all hearings, regardless of when cancelled, the non-refundable administrative fee is due.

Depending on the duration of the hearing and the timing of the cancellation relative to the hearing date(s), the cancellation fee can amount to full fees for the neutral’s time. Generally, to minimize cancellation fees, ADR Services, Inc., must receive notice of cancellation 15 days prior to the scheduled date of hearing for full-day matters or less.

For more details, please refer to our Fee Schedule, and kindly note that some neutrals have different cancellation policies. Such policies will be reflected in the Hearing Notice.
