Our offices are equipped with complimentary wireless internet, guest computers, and all of the equipment to meet your printing, copying and faxing needs. Guests are also welcome to a buffet lunch served at noon and snacks available throughout the day.

Our newest facility is also equipped with Zoom equipment in 10 conference rooms for your virtual dispute resolution needs. We also boast an Arbitration room equipped with Zoom equipment in a roll cart with a television and two (2) additional televisions, one (1) for each side to utilize during the hearing.

ADR Services, Inc. Downtown Los Angeles has a highly qualified panel of Mediators and Arbitrators with legal, technical and business expertise. 

Parking is available at the KPMG Building at 550 South Hope. Rates for parking are as follows:

Hourly Rate: $4.00 Each 10 minutes
Daily Maximum: $44.00
Hour of Operation: 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Closed Weekends and Holidays

Alternatively, there is an adjacent Public Parking Garage at 611 West 6th Street. Rates for parking are as follows:
Daily Maximum: $15.00
Hours of Operation: 6:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
