Michael R. Diliberto, Esq. Appointed to the LACBA Delegation to the Conference of California Bar Associations

Michael R. Diliberto, Esq., a mediator and arbitrator with ADR Services, Inc., was recently appointed to the Los Angeles County Bar Association Delegation to the Conference of California Bar Associations. Mr. Diliberto and his fellow Delegates will debate and vote on sponsored resolutions that may ultimately pass through the California State Legislature to become law.

“As a Delegate, I will reach out to the legal community to hear areas of concern, and work on legislative resolutions that improve and streamline the litigation process for the parties, their attorneys and the court, as well as general laws that affect the public,” said Mr. Diliberto.

Mr. Diliberto is also an appointed member of the Los Angeles Lawyer Editorial Board, Los Angeles County Bar Association.
