In-Person and Virtual Hearings Are Both Available at ADR Services, Inc.

ADR Services, Inc. is committed to assisting you in your dispute resolution needs, whatever those needs may be. Our comfortable and well-equipped offices are now open for in-person hearings. Additionally, we continue to offer virtual dispute resolution hearings via Zoom, or hybrid (in person/remote) hearings at the preference of the parties, providing you with the ultimate flexibility and convenience you have come to expect from ADR Services, Inc.

All virtual matters are assigned a dedicated Zoom Coordinator, who is responsible for initiating the virtual hearing, admitting and welcoming attendees to the main session, and creating and placing attendees into their private break-out rooms, thereby providing a concierge-like experience. Our Zoom Coordinators also remain on standby throughout the day in the rare event of a technical difficulty, so as to provide a smooth and seamless client experience and minimize any disruptions.
