The LACBA Small Firm & Sole Practitioner Section and ADR Services, Inc. present “Mediation Advocacy: Everything You Wanted to Know from A to Z, Before, During and After the Mediation”.
Three experienced professional mediators with ADR Services, Inc. will discuss tips and techniques for preparing your case and your client for mediation, advocacy at the mediation, documenting your settlement, zoom mediation tips, and mediation follow up. Also included will be a discussion of mediation confidentiality and an alternate approach to the Evid. Code Sec. 1129 mediation client disclosure.
