Hon. Ramona G. See (Ret.) Joins ADR Services, Inc.

ADR Services, Inc. is excited to announce the addition of retired Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Ramona G. See to our panel of distinguished neutrals.

Judge See’s judicial career spans 24 years, beginning with her service as a Municipal Court judge in 1997. After being elevated to the Superior Court in 2000, Judge See presided over an Independent Calendar Court for 20 years, handling cases from commencement through discovery, pretrial, and trial in a broad range of civil matters. She is highly regarded for her intelligence and thorough preparation, supplementing her exceptional depth and breadth of legal knowledge with additional research as needed.

While on the bench, Judge See built a strong foundation of knowledge within the dispute resolution framework by serving as a settlement judge in numerous matters. Her excellent judicial temperament and respect for the parties and counsel alike were instrumental in helping disparate sides come together to reach resolution.

Judge See’s work as a mediator, arbitrator, and referee at ADR Services, Inc. will focus on resolving disputes in the areas of business/breach of contract, real estate, employment, personal injury, construction, insurance bad faith, medical malpractice/elder abuse, legal malpractice, wrongful foreclosure, fraud/breach of fiduciary duty.
